Idk why I’m so anxious

I feel like I’m missing something. There’s nothing happening but I’m restless and my heart aches. I can’t focus on my work because I feel like something is happening or I need to do something but I can’t put my finger on what.
I don’t have anxiety so I’m just confused and upset.

Get a volunteer job. Helping others is a good thing to help you to stop focusing on yourself. Go exercise. Help your parents around the house. Lots of things to help others. This will help you.
