If you don't have kids....

What are your thoughts or wishes on the subject? Its a topic Im really undecided about. On the one hand I LOVE kids, all their curiosity, laughter etc. I was in child care and teaching several years. But because I have never really known my own wants, I question DO I want my own baby? I think as I write this, its a yes..They're little faces and love would be a miracle. ❣️but if I couldn't or didn't have one, It wouldn't be the end of my world.
Do you have a preference, or take a *see how life unfolds* approach?

Wants and desires are often not realities.
Not just with kids.

While I have always wanted kids, the reality didn't present itself in either a timely manner nor with the person that didn't want to take advantage of the situation.

Yes there was one. What she wanted was to take advantage. I saw through it, as young as I was. She eventually found someone else more gullible.

I felt sorry for the guy at the time.

That was the first instance that couldn't work out. There was another, where it just wasn't physically possible. I doubt she could have kids by anyone. Hard drug addictions can do that to some.

Through the decades those where the only two possibilities.

Now? Not likely to happen at my age, nor under the current circumstances, which are not likely to change anytime soon.

That is just the reality of the situation. I have no choice but to accept it.
