Never mind

Never mind all my positive feelings, the person I’m staying with just had a party and is telling everyone in the party everyone I’ve said to them in confidence just to have a joke. Also just outed someone at the party as trans to fill silence. Also knows about my anorexia and keeps telling everyone at the party they haven’t eaten all day even though we had breakfast and lunch together. Whenever I have fun I always end up feeling awful

I notice when we don't value ourselves we tend to attract people who don't value us. Another is that people who aren't secure in themselves, especially younger, talk about other people badly.
