I hate the amount that I talk. I just go on and on and I hate it. Nobody needs to hear what I’m talking about. I wish I would just shut up.

Don't be hard on yourself. You're fine, if you want people to hear what you're saying then just say it. You're not any less than anyone else and a lot of people just put on a face or don't think about it.
If people don't wanna hear me talk I just go talk to someone else because we either don't gel or they're a bit of a nonce anyway 🤷♂️ Be your own best friend and supporter, you're worth it, the way we think of ourselves is how we feel others respond to us because we project that outwards.
So you're unknowingly projecting that onto others thinking you're not worth listening to, when really you are.
