What are your thoughts on the word, 'Worthy'?

I just read a cool quote, ' You dont get to trap me in the past. I am worthy of a future.' By Jodi Picoult
It was a quote on forgiveness of oneself or others. My question is, how do we know if we are Worthy? I often second guess that about myself. I know many do too.
For instance one of my main fears is dating, because I fear Im not worthy of love, if I cant do lots of things with a guy (socially..due to anxiety). How can we feel or believe we are Worthy??

Listen/read what Lord says about you.

When you say you screwed up too much or just can't get it right, the Lord says you are holy and without fault. He enjoys you. His Son, Jesus Christ, made you holy and blameless. This is not by your own account or efforts. He alone makes you holy and blameless. What God says about you is true.

Ephesians 1:3 All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ.

Ephesians 1:4 Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes.

Ephesians 1:5 God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do and it gave him great pleasure.
