What are your thoughts on the word, 'Worthy'?

I just read a cool quote, ' You dont get to trap me in the past. I am worthy of a future.' By Jodi Picoult
It was a quote on forgiveness of oneself or others. My question is, how do we know if we are Worthy? I often second guess that about myself. I know many do too.
For instance one of my main fears is dating, because I fear Im not worthy of love, if I cant do lots of things with a guy (socially..due to anxiety). How can we feel or believe we are Worthy??

I know and in the past have known a number of men that could care less about going out and doing all these social things. Please, don't use that as a gauge of your worthiness.

Being worthy is having value or being suitable (for whatever)... in the instance you used, I can guarantee you there are many men who would find you have value and would be very suitable to them.

@Ontheroad Thank you , truly.🌺 I feel Id be letting a guy down or he will find another who CAN do lots of things🥺Then I dont feel worthy of relationships. But maybe there are guys out there who wont mind that I have soci a l anxiety as much. Ty my friend ❣️
