I hate therapy

My therapist: let’s talk about “…”
Me: “I don’t want to talk about that.”
Her: you say that about everything. So I’m going to push you.

That’s because I don’t want to talk about anything. I’m forced to do that therapy. She tells me to go through my doctor but I can’t guarantee it won’t be more expensive and I lose my psychiatrist. I’d get a new one but I like the one I have. I think if I ever get on the right med combo I’m leaving immediately just for now I’m stuck talking about shit

Nothing worth doing is ever easy. Generally the more worth while it is the harder it is. It's good you have a therapist that will push you to talk about the more uncomfortable things, means you're more likely to see results in the long run if you stick at it.
