I had to listen to some strange music while my therapist stared at me for 10 minutes and I awkwardly did diamond art

I told her that the situation makes me anxious, and she wants to schedule a 15-minute session next week to watch me.

Then she asked about my dreams, and I mentioned that I often dream about being murdered. Her response was "interesting," and she proceeded to write a whole paragraph about it 😂

@SkeetSkeet hmm 🤔 but I wonder what the tangible signals would be that are telling you that you are safe?
It is supposed to be a good treatment for some people.
How many more hours do you have?

You mentioned you thought it was helping. Are you still feeling that way?

I know it’s weird but I found that EMDR therapy helped my CPTSD. I was so skeptical though.
