Three times through that little adventure. One piece of advice only: do the rehab. It hurts, it’s monotonous, it takes times… but it alone will be the determining factor for how well you heal and can move.
Good luck and enjoy being happy about finding remote parking spaces cause you just like to walk. 😉

@TexChik yep. landed on her hood. i thought i was ok too then the leg started causing me trouble. an MRI showed a medial and posterior tear right where she hit me.

@akindheart great 🤦🏻♀️ ! I hate that that happened . Is the cartilage going to heal ok ?

@TexChik its the meniscus. it was hanging by a thread. he repaired it but I still can't kneel or squat. but i will survive. i am in PT. it helps the knee cap from slipping. i was getting bone on bone. they are strengthening the quads now

Keep us posted on your progression, I'm afraid I'm getting close to having one on my knee too.

Great I dislocated my leg years ago and pt was essential for recovery.

Great news. Hope the PT isn't too challenging.
