I am a technological DITZ...
🤣🤣🤣
I have a brand new headset with nice ear phones so I can watch movies any time of night or day and never bother the neighbors with my noise.
So, it worked GREAT for THREE days, and then the blue light started flashing and it stopped working.
The unit plugs into the cable box for power, and THAT connection is blue...so I assumed the blue light flashing meant that the cable signal was intermittent!
I WAS going to take my cable box, AND the headset down to Xfinity, and demand to know why THEIR signal was intermittent!
But then I said to myself, no...that's too much trouble. I will just research headsets better, and find one that plugs into an electrical outlet. I had just started my research.
It took my completely non-techie computer illiterate cleaning lady to come in and figure out that the headphones were simply not SEATED properly in the charger.🤣🤣🤣 🤪🤪🤪
