Do you take any vitamin supplements?

4meAndyou · F
I've whittled it down a bit. I don't take the Multi-vitamin with minerals every day. I DO take Vitamin D3 with K2 every day, because I don't get a lot of exposure to sunlight.

@cherokeepatti Not off the top of my head. I have bottles and bottles of supplements I don't take, like Zinc, C, Super B Complex, Co-Q10 etc, but I ended up giving the ones I would not take daily to my neighbors.

Yes - Vitamin D to help with bone stuff etc. Living in UK in the winter we don't get enough sunlight.

Vitamin C
Magnesium and Vitamin B2 Riboflavin - both of them are to do with my ear problems.

hunkalove · 61-69, M
@exexec What do you take for macular degeneration? I'm going blind. Can hardly see out of my left eye.
exexec · 61-69, C
@hunkalove I take Aareds-2 by Bausch & Lomb, but there are a number of options recommended by doctors. The key ingredients are Lutein and Zeaxanthin. I also get eye injections for my wet macular degeneration, and they are curing me.
FreestyleArt · 31-35, M
