You matter. Change something in your life. Even something small. Go outside to that special place you call your own. Go there. Take some time just for you. Forget the world. Do it for your precious heart. You are cared about and even loved. Surely you know this? If you are suicidal, you must get help. Please. You are part of this world. The world needs you too.
