It is easy to think about suicide...

That part of yourself is trying to tell you something. Maybe it wants to see better days. It knows it can't do much to change things in the moment, but it's letting you know that there is another path you can take.

If there were truly no roads left, the final decision wouldn't be so hard to make. Maybe it's worth listening to the voice that wants the best for you instead of the voice that wants you dead. There's more than one way to deal with pain

I was talked off a bridge by a few who were out for a drive. Desperation can override all.

I'd beg you not to do anything rash or self-harming.
