what if somebody killed themselves because you blocked them?

it would be horrible to know...but you have to call things as you see them. Id never block someone if i knew it would drive them to suicide but i wouldn't hold back from blocking them because of a vague fear they would.

I worry when i have to let someone go at work...but sometimes it just needs to be done. There is a duty of care though.

@ButterRobot A boss I used to have laid someone off and the lady had a heart attack. Her husband blamed my boss at the time, I don't think my boss ever got over it. It's not a fun time for anyone involved when they have to fire or lay someone off

@SW-User i hate it.

I once made someone redundant ..and it turned out his wife had been made redundant the previous week. I had to look after him or i wouldn't have been able to sleep.
