what if somebody killed themselves because you blocked them?

That would be devastating, but they clearly would have had to have had other underlying issues that would cause them to kill themselves. A block by me should not be what would set somebody over the edge.

it would be horrible to know...but you have to call things as you see them. Id never block someone if i knew it would drive them to suicide but i wouldn't hold back from blocking them because of a vague fear they would.

I worry when i have to let someone go at work...but sometimes it just needs to be done. There is a duty of care though.
