Sometimes i want to end myself. [I Feel Suicidal]

There have been many events that have taken place these past few weeks some good, some very tragic and painful.

Suicide has been on my mind but that's a normal thing for me.

Suicide is always on my mind.

Sometimes it get really bad.
When it does I just sit on the floor rocking myself or lay there.
I dont move because if I do I feel I will try to end myself.

My last suicide attempt was 2 years ago.
I stopped using any kind of substance about 2 years ago.

I'm getting better but it's a slow process.

ummm.. if you call the crisis hotline they will mess u up too, those people couldn't care less, they get paid by the system

AND if they can get u locked up they might get a BONUS. So just a word to the wise

In the joint they blather all day about loving yourself and act as ignorant and exploitive as the hotline workers

Mostly they want you to SAY you are better. Makes their job easier

The nuthouse will lie on your record to get you locked in..even if you are not a threat to anyone and only hurting so much you cant stand it.. That stuff they couldn't care less.
