pills [I Survived Suicide]
three times with pills when i was a teen. didn't work and recovery was awful. in my 20s obsessed with leaping from tall buildings. was stopped on a bridge by a cop. now in my 30s i'm aware of the signs - the planning. i know, when i plan my death, i need to hit the eject button and phone a friend. making arrangements to have bills paid and who will run payroll when i'm gone, delegate who will pay my parents rent, etc.. got to call someone because i'm def going to kill myself. darkness is real and it haunts me.
