There are knots in my hair!

I lost a lot of my hair because of long term meds I took. It did get me down at one stage then I just kept experimenting with different things until I found something I was happy with. My hair is always back and I look better for it. If I have hair around my face now in like a wig, it’s not a good look. I look odd.

Instead of trying to deal with your hair while struggling with these emotional issues, maybe you could keep it (permanently for now) in a braid? Not sure if that would work for you. I'm so sorry to hear about your depression. 🫂

Depression is hard, I'm sorry to hear that you are dealing with that. It took years to find meds that work for me. Keep working with your psychiatrist and remember that things can get better.🫂

Oil your hair

Have you spoken to your psychiatrist about the depression? Bear in mind that antidepressants take a while to properly work.
My brother is bipolar, and he hasn't had a depressive or manic episode in over a decade.
