Anxiety is high today.

Not sure why but I'm feeling very anxious today. Maybe it's because all 3 kids have volleyball games today, the lunch plans after the game, maybe it's the cold front, but man it's been a minute since I've felt like this. Thankfully the boys are being well behaved today as we get ready for the games and wait for Joel to get home.

As with all of us, we sometimes become anxious for no apparent reason and we always come out the other end non the worse.
Just a few things happening in your life can leave you with doubts.
But you always handle the situations.
