I Pretend I'm Okay

as with most sexually explicit ppl like me, a lot of it I'm sure stems from low self esteem, anxiety issues, and depression. I wont go into all that... but I found that the more I pretend to be okay, the easier it is to believe I am actually okay. and the best way to pretend? by doing something I like.
like getting on my knees for the men who are willing to make me feel worthwhile.

For whatever it is worth if it makes you feel good and it makes you happy and you don't hurt anyone embrace it and go with it. You at least seem aware of what it is about for you and that it does serve a purpose and don't let anyone shame you for that. And that self awareness should keep it from controlling you and becoming destructive.
