Just like yourself my panic attacks can last for 5 days and the more I stay in the more I panic. The reason is that staying in gives you more time to think.
I understand. It is crippling when you suffer from them.
You could try going to places where you feel happy. Try a church or a hobby.
I know it is easy to say but try not to give into them.

@Fable: help me in what way? I just posted under "I Suffer From Anxiety and Panic Attacks". Isn't that obvious enough that I'm sure it's an anxiety attack?

Here are some things to try:
Magnesium
Calcium (taken with a small amount of fat)
Hawthorn extract
Passion flower extract
Valerian root extract (too much can cause constipation)
Skullcap extract
If it were me , I'd try hawthorne first, then calcium with magnesium.
