I was supposed to be nice to all the parts in my brain but now my brain is panicked

And uncomfortable and feels guilty and wrong and disgusted with myself etc etc, telling me I am a filthy person who is cheap and easy, and for the streets.

I was supposed to have a really good sleep after my run and socialising.

This was supposed to be self love.

It has turned out to be everything but self love. I have been compared to a pros.titute by my mother.

I cannot have a good night's sleep.
