Sorry to hear that... They DO have frequencies for that on YouTube to listen to if you have ear buds... They work better with Frequencies than normal headphones... And everyone is different but what always helps me when I have those is being in a dark place... That's why I keep my bedroom dark 24/7 just in case... But with that Maby I'm just a Vampire LOL... But hope you feel better soon ❤❤
