Joel had a panic attack last night

It really hit him out of no where. It was pretty bad too. It took him along time to calm down. We had a keep reminding him to breathe.

I feel bad, I know it was from everything I went through this week. He has so strong and helped me though everything.

The boys are going to stay with his ex wife so it will be a very calm and quiet few days. I think we need that right now.
