Just had a panic attack on my lunch break, in the town centre

It was super horrid, scary and embarrassing.
I’ve had them before but not quite that bad.

@Strongtea I have many times in my life, lately I've been doing a lot better with them. The good thing is they will pass, you won't feel that way forever. I know it's hard when they happen, but know that it can and will get better.
