Just had a panic attack on my lunch break, in the town centre

It was super horrid, scary and embarrassing.
I’ve had them before but not quite that bad.

I have had them driving and it would take hours to get from one point to another. I’m sorry that happens to you.🌻

I sometimes get them if I drive over long bridges, it’s horrid to get them when you’re driving isn’t it, it’s so scary! 🥺@tobynshorty
