I used to have extremely debilitating panic attacks, I couldn't move, breathe or feel my limbs sometimes, it got better with age, but I still had them. One day I took a sophrology class, breathing, relaxation type of things in a group and I was getting one while doing those exercises and I realized that the best way to get it rid of it was to go through it and surf the wave, not go against it. No fear. I had beginnings of panics later but I could stop them by going through the breathing. I don't know if that helps you.

@AllieBankroftsLover Thank you. I do breathe and look into it and let it be .

Do you take magnesium? Ashwaghanda?

SW-User
@Mardrae I do take magnesium . Not Ashwaghanda.

@SW-User hmm. I would bet it's from some vitamin deficiency. Maybe get a full panel tested? I used to get them too, years ago but they went away when I started taking magnesium. But I still have anxiety.
