I can not stress this part enough, but the best thing to do would be therapy with a professional. They would not only have immense knowledge of calming techniques but also really help get to the core of what brings on anxiety and panic attacks. With good therapy, you'll begin to recognize those feelings earlier, and the thought processes that lead to them, and have strategies to align your thinking differently and avoid them all together. As well as talking to a psychiatrist to see if anti-anxiety medications are right for you. Usually, you would get two for anxiety, and you'd get a controller to take every day that helps regulate your anxious thoughts, something like Lexapro. Then something strong that can help if you reach the point of a panic attack something like Clonazepam. If your heart rate gets crazy high, you could try a Valsalva maneuver, but that's just a dressing, not something that will address the cause.

@Stephanidunord Of course! I can't offer anything like a professional could, but if you ever want to reach out and vent, want advice or just have a conversation to get your mind off things, or even just things reach out :).
