I recently have been seeing a therapist for anxiety and panic attacks. Aside from medication which can be helpful for some individuals, one thing my therapist taught me which I've found pretty useful is to count down from 100 by 7's. Idk how well it would work in the midst of a full blown attack, but it's helped me in the moments leading up to one to deescalate! Good luck, I know how hard that shit can be 馃憤
