I Have Panic Attacks
For years I’ve had panic attacks and honestly I wish I knew someone who gets them to help me get out of them , sometimes I feel so alone getting them

I get it specific when driving alone long distances , taking something has a negative effect and usually buy the time it kicks in I’m at my location already .. sucks to be me@ChrisNBillings
