I Can't Sleep

I'm afraid of sleeping now. I fear that my house will burn down. I woke up like 5 or 10 minutes ago to an alarm going off. And I can smell a fire but I don't see a fire anywhere. Yesterday before I went to sleep I smelled a fire, air conditioner was on so I thought the fire was outside. I'm afraid of sleep now. Also my room is right next to the air conditioner where the alarm went off, that makes me feel even worse
