New year same shit
I tried my best to go to sleep early last night but didn’t fall asleep until after 4 am again. The I overslept and when I woke up just lay in bed for ages because I felt so physically tired. Im so sick of this, no matter what I do I can’t fix my sleep pattern. Even now I feel tired. Admittedly my genetics are partially to blame as all my relatives are like this too… well except drunk too. Maybe if I ever get the proper treatment it will help but this just sucks.
