How do you spend your time at night when you're not able to sleep?

Typically I let myself sink into frustration and despair knowing the next day is going to be a zombie-state miserable sort of day. Tossing and turning, checking the time and the weather (no idea why). I feel like I'm smarter than those thoughts that convince me I could somehow force myself to sleep. Maybe I should make the most of it and watch a movie or play a game or read a book rather than stressing over it.

Read a book or do play some sort of game, maybe a word search on my phone. Sometimes nothing helps, just irritates.

I don't have many sleepless nice since I started taking a melatonin gummy and my Dr prescribed a benzo due to the increased anxiety involved.

Hopefully you find something that works. 🤗
