This is why I struggle taking my sleeping pills

So last night I took my sleeping pills along with my PRN sleeping pill. And I sleep very well, to well I guess.

Joel told me as he was getting ready for work that our daughter got up around 1am and was sleep walking. I didn't hear the alarm on her door. He got up and tried to lead her back to her room but she wouldn't move. He tired to wake me up but couldn't. He tried really hard to get up up but he couldn't. He finally got her back into her room. He was able to get up before he went to work.

So yeah this really sucks. I hate knowing that.

But you have to sleep sometimes too. Don't feel bad. Your sleep is equally important as anyone else’s

@YoMomma yes I know I do but I also need to be able to wake up in the middle of the night if we have an emergency. I am seeing a new specialist next week with Joel
