I just want to sleep

I really do, it's all I want is sleep. Why is it so hard to sleep.

It sucks to not be able to sleep when you need to or want to. I had a difficult time dozing off last night even after the trazadone. Now I’ve probably set myself up for sleeping half the day and demolishing my sleep schedule again.

@BamPow that's my issue is I'll have a night where I sleep for 5 or 6 hours and then I can't sleep for 2 days.

@Cigarguy idk how many i times i get up multiple times a night to let my dogs out when i hear them roaming around because I'm afraid they will pee on the floor otherwise 😳 🙁

@YoMomma same I fall asleep for about hour and half but then something wakes me up and I can't fall asleep again. Or I notice it's like 230 or 3 and I figure what is the point. Joel is going to be up at 4am so I might as well stay up

@Cigarguy so who is going to take care of your kids when Dad is in the hospital because he doesn't sleep. Lack of sleep can cause Increased Risk of Chronic Diseases: Higher chances of developing heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, and stroke.
Weakened Immune System: Increased susceptibility to infections and illnesses.
Hormonal Imbalances: Disruptions to appetite-regulating hormones, potentially leading to weight gain.
Mental Health Issues: Increased risk of depression and anxiety disorders.
Reduced Quality of Life: Difficulty maintaining social relationships, increased stress, and decreased productivity. U are clearly starting to show signs of all of this all ready

@Ilovelily1986 I am working with my doctors we are trying to find something that will help me. We just haven't found it yet
