Not able to sleep

So with everything that happened with my buddy Joel was up for about 36 hours.

Last night after we got the boys in bed we sat down for a few minutes. I'm really surprised he lasted as long as he did.

I have never been so tired in my life. How do you do this all the time. He asked

He pulled me close and said ok we have got to put more effort into you getting sleep. We have to find a different doctor, specialist, or a witch or something. I can't imagine feeling like this all the time. You shouldn't have to. We're going to fix this
