Never taking those again

So last night I took one of my prn sleep pills. I thought I was out I noticed I did have a refill for 7 more but I'm not doing it! I'm never taking one again.

Joel told me last night Sissy got up and was sleep walking and I didn't hear the alarm on my phone. He even tried to wake me up. He tried really hard to wake me up. But he couldn't.

He said he got her back in bed with no issues and she didn't get up again.

But there is no way I can ever take those pills again. Not if I'm so knocked out that I can't hear the alarm or he can't wake me up. I can't risk that ever again!!

@Cigarguy101 sleeping pills are good for some bad for others, may try taking half if one,

@jackrabbit10 it's just a prn he gave me. I have regular pills I take but I just started them. It's not something I take every day but I'm never taking it again. What if it was a real emergency and Joel couldn't wake me up

@Cigarguy101 I think you're doing right. But if ever you take a vacation and you don't have to worry about the kids, you could try what's suggested.
