Up most of the night

This is annoying honestly. My current sleeping pills don't seem to work. I fell asleep around midnight and woke up 45 minutes later. I woke up almost a panic and I even woke up Joel. Thankfully He fell right back asleep. My mind was going 100 mph. I was thinking about everything I needed to do today. Who I needed to call to try and fix the issue with my boy. What to say when I called.

The prn heavy duty pills work but after yesterday morning I don't know if I should keep taking them. And I don't know if my therapist will give me anymore.

Plus I have a bad headache and my stomach is killing me today. I'm sure it is because I'm stressed again.

I don't know why this has to be so hard

The big move to your new house could be a big factor into your stress and lack of sleep. Hopefully after you are all moved in, things may be more calmer for you.

@Barefooter25 I hope so. I've always struggled with insomnia but nothing like this.

@Cigarguy I felt the same way when my office moved to another building. I had trouble sleeping and it was really stressful for me.

@Barefooter25 I'm just stressing over making sure everyone has what they need. Making sure everyone will be ok when we move. It's so hard I just keep thinking about it over and over. Making sure everything is just right and everything has its place.
