Believe me, moving is stressful for lots of people. Whenever I moved to a new place, I could never sleep the last night at the old houses. It was either nervousness or anxiety.

Oh boy. Sounds like a killer stress headache. I had those for almost two weeks straight, until I figured out that they were STARTING in my neck. My neck and shoulder muscles were so tense that it was causing a non-stop headache, (which gets old really fast!).

So I tried icing the whole area...and that got old really fast, too, because who has time during a busy day to SIT with ice packs on their neck and shoulders?

Finally, I remembered that I had some BioFreeze cream and I just slathered that stuff on my shoulders, rubbed it in...then rubbed it into my neck on both sides and right up into the back of my skull. I only had to do this for four days or so, and then I felt something in my neck and upper shoulder just sort of...POP. I think it was a tendon...which had been all contracted.

The nice thing about BioFreeze is that you can rub it in and go and do what you need to do, knowing you've tried, at least. It doesn't work the first day. But it's worth trying!
