Took my new sleeping pills last night

I was very anxious about taking them. I always am about starting something new. But I took them around 11 and I fell asleep around 1. I slept until 5 am. Big win for me.

Joel on the other hand took a pain pill and he's still asleep. We're about to wake him up for breakfast in bed!

Going to be a nice calm day.

The reason you cannot sleep without sleep meds is your suffocating as you sleep and your brain wakes you up to keep you alive. Sleep drugs are bad news, you may sleep but your REM sleep is off.
Google Gary Brecka and spend hours going through his many YouTube’s and podcasts on the subject of the new science of the now fully mapped DNA code. It was mapped back in 2009 and the medical community is so far behind.

@Cigarguy101 One of the things I do every morning is 8 minutes of breath work. Gary will explain and demonstrate that. I use the 10,3,2,1 rule also.
10 hours before bed no caffine,
3 hours before bed no food,
2 hours no water/fluids,

And most Important ! ONE hour before bed no electronics or LED lighting.
To enter REM sleep your body must not be busy processing food or depleting caffine.
If you gets up to pee because you drank too late, no REM sleep for you.

The electronics and LED lights run your brain at the refresh rate, takes an hour to de program this.

@Iamnaked I cute out caffeine all together and I never eat much after dinner. I am guilty of a late night drink and using my phone when I can't sleep
