I got you beat. 4 hours in the past week. It absolutely sucks. Your whole body suffers along with your mind. I tried an organic herbal tea called Calm. It helped me last night and I got 7hrs which is a miracle.
@Curiosity13 not helping...just tell urself: I will not allow any of my worries disturb my sleep. CBT helps some ppl sleep...look into it. Nighty Night!
