I read a while back you shouldnt take vitamins before you go to bed for that very reason

@Tminus6453 If I have supper and take them about 6 or 7 in the evening I’m up till after midnight or even 1 a.m. and then lay down and sleep a while wake up and repeat several times till my alarm goes off. This needs to stop.
