I had trouble sleeping this whole summer, it got to a point where I had to start to exercise clearing my mind and just concentrating at the blackness when I had my eyes closed, so I'd fall asleep as soon as I hit the pillow. Now sleeping is really boring, but I need to do it this way, because I was getting sick. Also I exercise a lot during the day, to get myself tired, and if I can get a nap, that's even better.
