I Cant Sleep With Lights Or Noise

It's 4am and I haven't even been able to fall asleep yet so I'll just stay awake...I feel pretty weak from being so tired 😣

I wear soft foam 3M earplugs all the time, because I can't sleep with any noise except white noise from fans or ac. I also bought an eye mask years ago, because there are some nights every month when the full moon lights up my bedroom like day.
