I Have Insomnia

For the past 3 months I have struggled with insomnia. I use to love sleeping, and I still do, but I can rest in the same way. I know last year was tough and I struggle with anxiety, but I miss being able to sleep for hours without waking. Maybe sometime I will be able to again..

I'm suffering a bout of manic high phase. Severe anxiety. I had about 3 hours of troubled sleep, full of hellish dreams.
