See if better shoes might help. It's not as non sensical as it might sound. It effects your whole alignment.
Not a cure all. Yet perhaps it might help a bit. Every little bit can help.

@Spiritualangel777 Sensible shoes is up for debate. Do they have arch pads and such though. The pads force the alignment. Normal fat shoes is not what I am referring to. Many actually have a fallen arche problem. To cure that you need padding support for your arches.
Please do see at least a shoe salesman, if not a podiatrist (foot doctor).

@Spiritualangel777 Geesh. Get some arch supports. Yet they need to be fitted FOR You! Not just any arch supports.
Yes, many shoes have arch supports. Yet they are not fitted just for you.
Even a shoe salesperson should know what I am referring to. And I don't mean a department store salesperson. An actual shoe salesperson.
Places like the "Goodfeet store" will know. I didn't want to mention them because they are not the only places that do Arch support fittings. They just happen to be well known for it.

You should see a doctor of orthopedic medicine. There are things they can do to help you. You could receive a referral to a chiropractor for your back and neck, for example...and if the knee pain is chronic, you COULD receive cortisone injections in your knee. I get them, and they make a world of difference!
@4meAndyou it’s not always in my knee just depends where the pain flares up and changes all the time.. I have fibromyalgia which they say is trapped trauma so something I got to live with as there is no cure 😔

Sorry to hear this. The knee pain is less worrisome than the lower back and neck pain.
If possible, rest up. And here is to a speedy recovery. 😊
