Started cardiac rehab today for 12 weeks

They are starting slow right now and we're only going twice a week for the first 4 weeks and then they want to see how I'm healing. I think I know why my doctor gave me more pain pills..... I am sore and we barely did anything today lol

It takes 6 weeks to heal from a bone break, and about 3 weeks for cuts to heal...but the cuts will still be sore at 3 weeks.

@Cigarguys Yuppers. And the days go by quickly. It's been two weeks since I had surgery on my hand, (admittedly very minor), and the healing I can already see is impressive!
