The swelling in my knee has gone away!! 😄 I can bend it again without wanting to holler.

Recently a man was telling me how his mum has arthritis in her knees and applies stinging nettles to them. Ouch! Apparently the stings make the blood rush to the area and the swelling goes down.

I'm glad the swelling has gone down and you feel better.
