Saw-no-fah-beach, my shoulder hurts 😫

Ever wake up with a pain in a body part you just can’t explain? Today it’s my shoulder…no idea what happened in my sleep, but my left arm is almost unusable today 😕

I've had on and off headache for 4 days now. 😒 I woke up feeling as if I pinched a nerve in my neck but I'm not aware of doing anything out of ordinary.
