I need to say something

These breast pains are scaring me😣 rubbing my boobs here 🙁 have me feeling scared I might run into a lump but I’m positive it’s just hormonal changes from my menstruation cycle that’s getting closer. Ugh!!! Nothing I can do but rub rub an rub more….. Any ladies out there have this problem too as times & what do you do for the pain?

Check with your gynaecologist or endocrinologist but Evening Primrose should help with that. You might have low estrogen which causes a lot of breast tenderness.
